"Always assume that your opponent is going to be bigger, stronger and faster than you; so that you learn to rely on technique, timing and leverage rather than brute strength." - Helio Gracie

Our Programs

  • Juniors

    4-7 Yrs Old

Designed to build spatial awareness, physical fitness, confidence and the growth mindset. This program is aimed at getting kids a small intro to grappling while building their confidence with movement and basic positional skills.

  • Youths

8-12 Yrs Old (Primary School 2-6)

In this class we focus on the basics and having fun. This program is designed to build resilience and the Growth Mindset through the understanding that failure is a part of learning. The kids will do lots of live sparring in a controlled environment with positional drills designed to make the most out of their time.

  • Teens

Turning 13-16 Yrs Old (Secondary School)

This program has a larger focus on live training and building a team that pushes each other to become better. The students in this program learn that the only way to get better is to make your teammates better. We continue to focus on the fundamentals while introducing the sporting side of Jiu-Jitsu as well. Larger and more physical teens will be asked to move to adults class from the age of 15.

  • Fundamentals

    Recommended Age: 16+

This program follows a repeating cycle dedicated to the fundamentals. This is the best place to start and to sharpen up the building blocks of Jiu-Jitsu. Free sparring is limited in the class with a focus on positional work.

  • All Levels

    Recommended Age: 16+

This is for everyone, we have a mix of class formats that suit several learning styles. This program has a mix of fundamentals and sport Jiu Jitsu. If you are new and cannot make the Fundamentals class, this is still a suitable starting place.

  • Overall

Behind all of our programs is a coach with a Masters in Primary Education overseeing the development of all of our programs. We will continue to evolve and change to deliver the best BJJ learning environment we can.
